Oiva Toikka’s love for nature and glass art is present in his gorgeous Birds by Toikka collection of glass birds. The little Chiffchaff is the lively and joyful soprano of this collection. Its soft salmon-red colour catches the eye. Every bird in this collection is a masterpiece of glass blowing, made carefully by hand and mouth-blowing at the Iittala glass factory in Finland. This means that each bird is a unique individual. In the production process, a great deal of attention has been paid to details that bring out the personality of each bird.
